I am trying to cancel my both my internet and mobile services as I will be moving overseas on Novemeber 25th.
I have tried to call support, but they only speak French and hung up on me. I also submitted a request for contact which no one has responded to.
The webpage that generates the cancelation letter also does not create a pdf or works properly.
If I could please get in contact with a represanitive to service this request, it would be greatly apprecited.
