Modem does not work
Hi. My modem Netgear is not working properly from this morning. The day before it was absolutely ok. Problem is that only the light caled "Phone 2/Thermal warning" is blinking (red colour). No other warning light flash. Restart, unplug and other basic solutions did not help. Maybe power adapter is dead?! Thanks for any help. Michal

Hello @mhovezak,
Could you complete your Forum profile with your customer number?
We will be able to see if there is a problem up to your modem.
If you have lights, it doesn't seem to be a power problem.
However, the CG3700 modem needs to be replaced.
