Pathetic internet disruption

I have been experiencing pathetic experience with VOO internet since last week where internet goes down all of a sudden. After sometime it comes back again but damage is already done during the outage. This is so frustating and embarrasing especially during office meeting where you are discussing so

Do you know if it is possible to cancel TV from your offer?

When I watch a film that I have put on My Selection and stop the film for 5/10 minutes to make myself a cup of coffee when I resume the film it starts from the beginning and not where I left off. Very annoying. I hope somebody has an answer. I am very pleased with the service of VOO

Two modem in one flat

Hello, I have one coax incoming cable in my flat. This is in the middle of the flat. There is  a splitter to divide it into two connection, so the two coax calbes  routed in the wall to two opposite corners of the flat. The VOO Modem/router installed one of this connection. See please at

Hi, they ask a proof that you leave Belgium just to be able to stop your contract at the right date for example the 25, because in a normal cancellation it is always the first day of the next month.

want to cancel contract but expecting documentation

I want to cancel my contract as we are travelling from Belgium and we are vacating the current house. But VOO ask for proof. why is it required to provide that? we are cancelling after 3 years. we tried multiple times but didnt receive any help.

Internet connection lost ("@" keeps blinking in red)
