I am adding VOO Internet and TV subscription to my new home in Enghien. I have Proximus now for TV, Internet and mobile. VOO is cancelling my Proximus account for me, will they cancel just the Internet and TV?  I want to keep my Proximus mobile account.  Thank you!

Hi @RCHAMOLI , In order to cancel your tv subscription, you must call 04/266.41.14. It's no longer possible to do it thru the forum or 078/50 50 50. Also, please make sure that the so-called "télédistribution" is cancelled as well, as cancelli
