Why am I being billed when I am not with VOO anymore since 1 month.

Why am I still getting billed of 85,54€ (Bill number:8215000298112) Dated on 13/12/2015. I have cancelled everything and paid all BILLS on the 21st November and bought everything back to VOO Bout. and they told me everything's okay and no more bills needed to be paid....they told me this when I took all the equipements....

Need you response ASAP!

The bill you have received is not correct. It's about the whole month while your products have been cancelled on the 3rd of december.

I'll contact my colleagues of the billing department monday and come back to you with all the informations.
