My voomotion isnt allowing me to view.

I have rejoin VOO only for the TV so far.

It's not allowing me to view it, how do I fix it?

Good morning,

According to Voo's website, voomotion is a free service included in TRIO and DUO packs. I'm afraid this service is not available for TV only subscribers. This should be confirmed by admins, though.

Okay thanks for your feedback!
But it does says it is AVAILABLE for ALL users as VOO access and no need being on DUO or TRIO so you are WRONG!!

Hello folks !

Indeed, VOOmotion isn't available for TV only users. You need at least to suscribe to a DUO Pack because VOOmotion is accessible only from your own Internet connexion or from a Wi-Free spot.

@ sdardenne : Next time, please don't use caps locks as it's indicated in the Forum charter. It would be much more friendly ! :)

@ walloonvoo : He surely didn't mean to "shout". But... you were actually RIGHT ! :8
