Moving to a different address

Hello,

I am leaving my current apartment end of November and my new address does not have VOO service.

I am looking on the procedure to cancel my internet contract and I understand I have to send some documents somewhere to prove my move. However I do not know the procedure and I have been unsuccessful in reaching someone from the Voo customer service.

Could someone please help me get this process done? I would be very grateful.
