Double NAT

Since a few months ago I'm now finding myself behind at least 2 levels of Network Address Translation (NAT). This is affecting my ability to use my internet service as desired. How can I get this fixed so that I have a public address on the WAN interface of my modem?

In fact, your IP adress was not in the public mode. That's why you weren't able to connect your NATs.

This point has been fixed by my colleagues.
