Cannot connect to the work VPN

Hi!
In order to access the server of the office, and the documents, I have to connect to the VPN installed by the organisation on the PC's office but this one doens't work with my home connection.
After calling VOO costumer service I've been told to open the port of the VPN by myself by accessing the router. So I did and now everything is set up for the VPN to work but still it doesn't.
This happens only with my own connection and not in other places.
Does anyone know how can I resolve this?
